Cemetery Decorations and Flowers

The City of Elsberry is asking that all non-ordinance conforming decorations and flowers be removed from the Cemetery. This is to ensure that the cemetery maintenance is done properly and in a timely manner. All items must be removed by April 1st, 2022. Any items remaining after April 1st, 2022, will be removed.
